CLINICAL RESEARCH PROTOCOL WRITING WORKSHOP (CRIPIK 2019)
Research activity begins with the development of a clinical protocol that provides a plan for the essential aspects of the proposed research. A good research protocol should define a clear question and approach to answer it and also contain enough information to provide a clear and complete, but not overly detailed, description of the study. However, writing a research protocol is probably one of the most challenging and difficult task as research is an uncommon area for the majority of people in Indonesia.
To answer this challenge, we are planning to organize a clinical research protocol writing workshop. This workshop aims to improve and updates the knowledge of all participants in clinical research protocol writing. Selected participants encourage to develop their ideas into a good quality protocol. Experts from The National Institutes of Health (NIH), reputable university, and National Institute of Health Research and Development (NIHRD), Ministry of Health (Indonesia) will facilitate this 5 days workshop. It will provide the participants with first-hand experience sharing from researchers who had received multiple grants.
PARTICIPANTS
We look forward all professionals and individuals involved in activities in writing or reviewing a research protocol in their institution who expects to gain new skills in protocol writing. They are expected to submit their concept of proposed study suitable with the topic given by the committee (INA RESPOND) in our website started from October 12, 2018. All concept ideas will be reviewed by committee according to their expertise. Up to 30 participants and 10 concepts will be selected and invited into 5 days workshop.
